Seabag Original Underwater uses the highest quality materials and the highest manufacturing standards in the world. All the products are guaranteed against all defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser. Should a product be found defective under this warranty, Siestas s.r.l. will replace it at our discretion. Normal wear, UV damage, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, or improper care is not covered. Seabag Original Underwater will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of its products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, original purchasers are able to return new, unused Seabag Original Underwater products back to us for credit, refund or exchange . Products not in new, unused condition are not eligible for return. Standard return policy is 30 days after receipt. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
In order to receive a full credit/refund the tags must still be attached to your product and/or the product must be in its original packaging. Original shipping, return shipping and custom altered products are non-refundable.

This RA# should be written on your box AND on either a copy of your original invoice or on a brief note describing what you are returning and why. This MUST be included with your return to receive a full refund. Any returns sent to us without prior authorization, without noting the RA#, or missing documentation will result in a 15% processing fee. Any return sent to us with missing components, packaging or tags that are damaged or missing will be deducted at least 15% for processing and re-stocking.

All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed after 2:30 pm EST it will not be processed until the following business day.
Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for United States Postal Services (USPS) shipping within the contiguous US. Orders outside the contiguous US may take longer and be subject to additional freight cost, import fees & duties, depending on final destination.
